Tailored university admissions support, from Year 7 to results day
Every student's route is different, so we do not sell fixed packages. We start with a free consultation, then build a written plan around your student and adjust it as they grow.
It starts with a Free Consultation
You sit down with one of our consultants and go through where your student is now: their studies, their interests, and what they have explored so far. It is a simple conversation to understand what stage they are at, what they may need, and what would suit them. There is no charge and no obligation.
The call lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. It works best with both a parent or guardian and the student there.
Afterwards, your family receives an Initial Consultation Report: where your student is aiming, where they stand today, the priority for the next stage, and the support we recommend. A written proposal follows the consultation.
The Quantum Pathway: Consult, Plan, Build, Apply
We consult first, then plan in writing, then build the student's academic depth, then apply. Each stage below belongs to one of those four.
- 1
Free Consultation
We learn about your student's interests, school record and ambitions, and answer your questions.
- 2
PathBuilder
Your student explores possible subject directions with a mentor, so the choice of course rests on real understanding.
- 3
A Written Pathway Plan
A plan built for your student at the start, setting out what to do, when, and why.
- 4
Depth
Wider reading, research, work experience and seminars build the academic depth that selective universities look for.
- 5
The Application
When your student moves into the main admissions support, the Pathway Plan is redone for the application itself.
- 6
Tests, Statement and Interviews
Preparation for admissions tests, the personal statement and interviews, in the formats each university uses.
- 7
Offers and Decisions
Support with offers, firm and insurance choices, and next steps on results day.
What every family receives
- Before you commit: a free consultation with a senior consultant, an Initial Consultation Report and a written proposal
- A named senior consultant who leads your student's plan
- A written Pathway Plan for the months ahead, redone for the application itself
- A written report after every session with your senior consultant, and a lesson report after every mentoring session. Students on the Pathway also receive a monthly progress report
- Free places on every webinar, and places at our supercurricular seminars
- Preparation for admissions tests, the personal statement and interviews, in the format each university uses
- An honest view of where your student stands, including when it isn't what you hoped to hear
Each senior consultant works with no more than 20 applicants per cycle, so every student is known by name.
The Pathway Plan
The Pathway Plan is written by your student's senior consultant after a dedicated Pathway Plan session. It answers three questions: where your student is aiming, where they stand against that aim, and how they get from here to there, month by month, with who leads each step.
It is redone ahead of, or at the start of, the main application cycle if things have changed during the exploration phase of Wider Reading and PathBuilder.
What the documents look like
Every family receives its plans in writing, so you can see what will happen, when, and why.
Initial Consultation Report
What a family receives after the free consultation: where the student stands, the priority for the next stage, and what we propose.
Pathway Plan
Written by the student's senior consultant after the pathway plan session, then reviewed as the student progresses.
Real pages, shared with the families' permission. Names are changed, the price is removed, and pages about grades, school or family circumstances are left out. Every report and plan is written for one student and stays private to their family.
What every family can expect
Honest about the odds
We tell every family where their child stands, and we plan for every result, not just the one everyone hopes for.
Parents as partners
You will always know what is happening, why, and what comes next.
The student's own voice
We build the application with the student. Every word a university reads should be recognisably theirs.
One person who knows your child
A named senior consultant guides your student from the first meeting to the final decision.
Senior people, not juniors
A senior consultant and a current Oxbridge or G5 mentor, never a generalist tutor.
Nothing hidden
A clear plan, a written proposal, and clear reasons behind every recommendation.

Questions and answers
Do you offer packages?
No. Support is tailored to each student. After the free consultation we send a written proposal that recommends the level of support and explains why.
How early should we start?
Families come to us at every stage from Year 7 to Year 13. Starting earlier gives more time to explore subjects and build depth, but the consultation is useful at any point.
Do you only help with Oxford and Cambridge?
No. We support applications to Oxford, Cambridge and the other G5 universities, Medicine, a wide range of UK universities, and universities in the US.
