2. Our guides, tools and services
General information. Our guides, admissions test pages, webinars and the University Readiness Scorecard give general information about university admissions. They are not personal advice for any individual student.
Check official sources. Admissions requirements, test dates and deadlines are set by universities and test providers, and can change. We check our information carefully and link to official sources, but please confirm anything important with the university or test provider before acting on it.
No guarantee. Nothing on this website guarantees admission to any university, college or course.
Our services. We work with families after a free consultation, followed by a written proposal. Our consultancy and mentoring services are provided under a separate written agreement, signed before any work begins, on our Client Terms. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies. You can cancel within 14 days of signing it.
3. Using our website
Acceptable use. Please do not misuse the website. This includes trying to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing viruses or other harmful code, copying it by automated means, or using our forms to send spam.
Our content. The text, guides, images, logos and design of this website belong to Quantum Pathways or are used with permission. You may view, download or print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.
Links to other websites. We link to universities, admissions test providers, partners and other sources. We are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.
Availability. We aim to keep the website available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free from errors.

Liability. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
