Cancelling your agreement
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your agreement with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you sign the agreement.
To cancel, tell us clearly that you have decided to cancel, by email to info@quantumpathways.co.uk or by letter to the address in the form below. You can use the form on this page, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your message before the cancellation period ends.
What happens when you cancel
We will refund the payments we have received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us you are cancelling. We will use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise, and you will not be charged a fee for the refund.
When you sign the agreement, you ask us to start your sessions straight away. If you cancel within the 14 days, we will deduct a proportionate amount for the sessions already delivered before you told us.
